Hi, I’m Saniah, and I am a Holistic Health and Life coach.
My passion is helping EMPOWER women to transform their MINDSET, LIFESTYLE and BODIES, so that they feel CONFIDENT, SEXY and RADIANT from the inside out.

I believe that true health encompasses so much more than just our PHYSICAL WELL-BEING. It’s about the health of our SPIRIT, MIND, and BODY, all of which are connected and count on each other in order to THRIVE. When we become healthier in one of these areas of our life, it seeps into the next, a true reflection of the symbiotic relationship that exists between them. This is why when you FEEL BETTER, you PERFORM BETTER in ALL AREAS OF YOUR LIFE.
My specialty is helping women uncover WHAT’S BLOCKING or SLOWING them down from having the MIND, BODY and SPIRIT they DESIRE.
I am going to help you learn how to tap into your own PERSONAL POWER. This is not about going on a diet or forcing yourself to eat foods you don’t like. Don’t worry, I’m not here to tell you what you can or can’t eat. Rather, I will teach you how to LISTEN to your own BODY’S WISDOM such that you’ll understand its needs on an INTUITIVE LEVEL.
With my “NO BULLSHIT” approach, I cut straight to the point so that you can recognize the root cause of your LIMITING BELIEFS, WHAT’S DRAINING YOUR ENERGY, and WHAT’S MAKING YOU FEEL STUCK. We will uncover what keeping you stuck and together we will develop tools that will help you MOVE FORWARD from where you are now to where you WANT TO BE.
I am here to help you design a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE without feeling like you have to sacrifice everything. When we work together, we will cultivate HEALTHY HABITS in a way that best suits YOU.
Oh, and we’ll definitely have fun doing it, because transforming your life should not feel like a drag. When we work together it will be an ADVENTURE filled with LAUGHTER, PEACE, and JOY.

Saniah holistic approach to lifestyle change and wellness enables you to get to the root cause of what hinders you from your health goals. Her coaching allows you to navigate through the process to get to what works for you without JUDGING YOURSELF. You are able to get to a place when you know exactly to the FOOD FUELS your body or the choice of workout without feeling pressured but yet feeling accountable that you are the one that stands between you and what you want to achieve. You find yourself being able to make slow and consistent changes that FEELS GOOD and keeps you moving foward. Even moments when you fall off you, feel you can get right back on track. From struggling to drink a even a glass of water a day to taking one to three 1.5 litres/day or making the decision to join the gym and using it, is progress for me. Everyone is different and she fully caters to the individual needs.
